Birthday Surprise!!

I had a very special surprise for my birthday this year! Brett flew Sebastian to Colorado so we can spend the day together!! ♥♥

My children, Brett, Sebastian, and I will be taking a trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico to celebrate the occasion!!
